Air Shafts are air-operated elements that increase the shaft diameter by 7-10 mm with the laths in the slots on the shafts and ensure that the coil is compressed on the shaft. As MB Shaft, we have special productions in different diameters and lengths based on the technical drawings of our customers.
Our standard body sizes are 2.5", 3", 4", 5", 6".
We produce our air shafts as hardened at 100-115 hrb and using the feder technique, with the aluminum extrusion technique, which is our own production facility.
Our aluminum profiles are coated with anodizing against corrosion and impacts.

Our Air Shaft Heads Corrosion and durability and surface quality are increased by chrome phosphate and zinc coating.
All of our products that we produce as MB Shaft are shipped after sealing resistance and balance tests are performed.
